Before You Book Policy

1. No Call, No Show Policy – If you do not show up for your appointment without notice, 50% of your final balance will be charged to your debit card.

2. Late Arrival – A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After 15 minutes, your session will be canceled, and you will be charged 50% of the service balance. Please communicate with Khryssy if you are running late.

3. Clean Skin Requirement – Please arrive with a freshly washed face. This ensures the best makeup application.

4. Groomed Brows – Your brows must be groomed (waxed or threaded) before your session for optimal results.

5. No Extra Guests – Additional guests are not allowed unless previously discussed and approved. Please communicate in advance.
